Built for burn-off ovens
Made around the Michigan general permit
- Watches the afterburner against your permit minimum.
- Only watches and records. It never controls your oven.
- Stays off your plant network.
- Records are backed up every night to a second, separate location.
- Every change to a record is logged: who, what and when.
- Your records are yours. Download them any time.
- Professionally installed and serviced by technicians with over 20 years in the burn-off oven industry.
OvenArchive helps you keep records and catch problems early. Operating within your permit remains the oven operator's responsibility.
Questions
The inspector is here. Where are your records?
With OvenArchive, they're already on your phone. Here's what operators ask us first.
What if the connection drops?
Readings aren't lost to a short outage. Three things cover it:
- Readings are held at the oven and sent when the connection comes back, with the time they were taken, so the gap fills itself in.
- You're told if the oven goes quiet. If no readings arrive for 15 minutes, you get a "no data" alert, so a longer problem never goes unnoticed.
- Your oven's own recorder keeps its copy as a backup, the same as today.
We check the connection at your oven before we install and add whatever it needs.
Does it control or change my oven?
No. OvenArchive only watches and records. Your oven runs exactly as it does today.
Does it connect to our network or computers?
No. OvenArchive has its own connection, so there's nothing for your IT to set up and no way into your plant network.
My oven has a paper chart recorder. Will it work?
Yes. We work with digital recorders, PLC-controlled ovens and older chart-recorder ovens. We'll tell you what yours needs when we look at it.
Who installs and services it?
Technicians with over 20 years in the burn-off oven industry. They install it, keep it running, and can handle your oven's service and inspections too.
Who can see our records?
Only the people you add. Each person gets their own login with the right access for their job, and you can share a read-only link with an inspector when you need to.
What does it cost?
It depends on the oven and what it needs, so we quote per site after a look, with no obligation. Call 888-751-OVEN or use the form below.
